"Word-of-Mouth" Contest Regulations

I. Competition title

Organised enterprise is a competition entitled "Word-of-Mouth" (hereinafter: “Competition”) zwanym dalej „Konkursem”). The competition’s regulations are determined by this Competition Regulations (hereinafter "Regulations").

II. Competition Organiser

The organizer of the Competition is theWorlt Ltd. with its registered office at 47 Kilwarden Court, Boot Road, Dublin 22, Ireland.

III. Competition Duration

The competition lasts from May, 1, 2008 until July, 31, 2008.

IV. Participants

1. All registered users of theWorlt portal who do do not breach term of use can take part in the Contest.

2. Excluded from participation are employees of the Organiser or who is involved directly or indirectly in any way in the organisation of the Contest (their family members or partners).

V. Participation

1. The participation’s prerequisite is sending invitations (e-mails) to your friends at theWorlt portal - http://www.theworlt.com/medals/invite.

2. User who sends at least one invitation from the website referred to in item 1 us automatically treated as Competition Participant (hereinafter "User").

VI. Regulations of Organising Competition

1. There are four types of medals in the competition: golden (), silver (), bronze () and white (). Each medal has its score representation (in points). The values of particular medals are the following:

2. Person invited by User is a person who registered on theWorlt portal with the use of e-mail the User or other Users sent invitation to.

3. Medal is granted to User at the moment of finishing registration by Invited Person.

4. User gets the following medal:

  • golden – when he/she is the first person who sent Invitation to Invited Person, or
  • silver – for every Person Invited by a different User for whom the User got golden medal, or
  • bronze – for every Person Invited by a different User for whom the User got silver medal, or
  • white – for every Person Invited by a different User for whom the User got bronze medal.

VII. Granting Awards Regulations

1. Award shall be granted to anybody who as one of the 50 (fifty) gets most of points in the Competition Ranking http://www.theworlt.com/medals/rankings.

2. The order in the Ranking List shall be determined by: firstly; the number of points granted to the User, and secondly: by time – how soon did the User gather the points (the sooner the better).

3. It shall be noted that one User may become the Competition Laureate and get the right to the award only once during the Competition Duration, on the provision that the User shall be identified by his/her email address (one email can be awarded only once during the time the Competition lasts) and as a natural person (one person providing the same personal information can be awarded only once during the time the Competition lasts, even if she/he used a number of different accounts and every time used different email addresses).

VIII. Awards

1. The Competition Awards is Apple stuff - http://www.theworlt.com/medals/gifts.

2. Competition Awards shall be granted to Laureates in the following way:

  • 1st prize - Apple Mac Pro + 30" Screen;
  • 2nd to 5th prize – one of four Apple Mac Book Pro;
  • 6th to 10th prize – one of ten iPhone;
  • 16th to 30th prize – one of fifteen Apple iPod touch;
  • 31st to 50th prize – one of twenty Apple iPod shuffle.

IX. Awards Receipt and Organiser’s Responsibility

1. User who will be granted an Awards shall be notified up to August 31, 2008 by email on email address ascribed to a given User’ s account.

2. In case of obtaining right to award, the Participant notified about winning shall within three days as of the date of obtaining the notification about the winning send his personal data along with the adress to which the award shall be sent (name, surname, adress for corespondence)

3. Organiser does not verify whether the email adress due to which the account was opened is being used by a person authorised to it.

4. Awards shall be sent on the Organiser’s cost via a courier company to the adress provided by the User, according to pion 2 hereinof up to November 30, 2008.

5. Organser is not liable for effectiveness and timeliness of deliveries of letters and packages by courier company.

6. Organser is not liable for no possiblity to receive or make use of the award for reasons beyond the Organiser’s control. In deterining time of sending the Award the date of sending the Award at the post office or at the courier company shall prevail.

7. No compensation is stipulated for the Participant who is not able to use the Award.

8. Awards in the Competition shall be granted in light of current regulations.

9. Awards not received in the aforementioned termin shall remain at the Organiser’s disposal.

10. Organser is not liable for unsucessful delivery of the Award if it was due to Paerticipant’s providing incorrect adress or no possiblity to read out the adress provided by the Participant.

11. Unless otherwise provided by this regulations, the Organiser is not liable for any possible taxes or charges the Participants may be obliged to due to participation in the Competition or right to Awards.

X. Final Provisions

1. Any matter not specifically agreed in this agreement shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.

2. Organiser reserves the right to change thereinof Regulations at his own discretion at any time. Changes in the Regulations cannot infring the rights acquired by the Participant.
